I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral on behalf of 20 others. The website showed and described a high quality arrangement which was about 3ft in size. To my surprise, at the funeral I found a "bunch of flowers" wrapped in plastic, about one and a half feet in size. They looked like a selection I could have picked up from any local supermarket for £5. When calling the customer service team, I was spoken to very rudely and I am still fighting this case to get a full refund since Flowers Direct wish not to take any responsibility at all for this. After sales care at this company is atrocious and the advertising on their website is completely false as I did not receive any item which was near the worth of £40. Do not use this company
